General Description
This machine is suitable for automatic feeding bottle(round, square bottle) into carton(either for blister or bottle). On line bottle unscramble and feeding, leaflet fold(1-4ffolds) and feeding, leaflet detecting, canton opening and forming, products and leaflet pushing into carton, printing batch number, sealing carton with tuck-in or hot melt glue device. Automatically reject lacking of leaflet or product and finished product out.

3. Machine Features
1.Many of electrical appliances are made by international famous brand. For example:Japan OMRON PLC, SMC pneumatic element, Germany BECKER vacuum pump and Switzerland Robatech hot melt applicator.
2.The machine is equipped with a series of sensors and automatic protective devices to assure the machine runs safely and effectively. For example ,The paper box will not be supplied without material; the glue will not be sprayed without the paper box. The machine will alarm when the paper box is not in position, and will stop when the material is not supplied and the machine can stop automatically if overload happen,etc.
