FULLN GLAZE ceramic glaze pigment pink Fu-1005 (Cr-Sn red) is an inorganic ceramic pigment under high temperature calcination. It is made of Tin oxide, Calcium carbonate, SiO2,Chrome oxide and other raw materials. The raw materials are under processes of mixing, calcination and micropowder treatment. During this procession, Tin oxide, SiO2 and Calcium oxide turn into the crystal structure of calcium spicerite. The fine grains of Cr2O3 are evenly dispersed on the calcium spicerite matrix.The composition may includes a small amount of boric acid. These ceramic glaze pigment pink pigments can be used in high calcium, low zinc glaze.

What are Pink Series color?



The color of Ca-Sn-Si-Cr was formed by the solution of trace amounts of Cr in the sphene (CaO·SnO2·SiO2).It has a particularly vivid agate red colour in these glazes. These glazes are ZnO and MgO free and Al2O3 content is low.



The Ca-Sn-Si-Cr-Co colouring is formed by Ca-Sn-Si-Cr system colors resolid dissolution into Co. Zn-Al-Cr spinel type pink is contrary to chrome tin red. It shows a bright pink color in a high ZnO, Al2O3 glaze.






Pink/Maroon Series:



The maximum firing temperature of (Sn-Cr-Ca-Si)is 1280℃.



1. This type of color is suitable for lime glaze and tin opacified glaze. The color is darker and brighter in this glaze.



2.When the content of MgO exceeds 2%, the color of the product becomes lighter.



3. This series of pigment is suitable for glazes with lead calcium frits containing a small amount of boron.



4. If the glaze contains ZnO, it will make the color from yellowish brown to colorless.



5. The content of Al203 in the glaze should be as low as possible.



6. it’s suitable to use of oxidizing atmosphere for firing (avoid using reducing atmosphere).



 



Manganese red pigment Series:



The maximum operating temperature of (Mn-Al) pigment is 1280℃.



1. It is suitable for feldspar glaze without zinc. Zinc makes its color lighter.



2. PbO and MgO in the glaze are beneficial to color and can deepen the color.



3. BaO<2% in glaze. Otherwise, it is not good for color.
